Norris is one of the most kindest and loving firefighters on the department. If you follow our facebook page, then you often see him with a smile from ear to ear. He works as an Emergency Department Nurse for Tillamook Regional Medical Center, while also going to school.

Norris has completed an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing, an Oregon Associates Transfer Degree, and is working on his Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well.

Norris is one of the three members that's part of the water rescue team. He first joined the departent four years ago, at that time his brother was also volunteering and was the first to encourage Norris to give it a try. "After joining CBFR, I quickly fell in love with what I was doing. Responding to medical emergencies, encouraged me to seek a career in medicine. I became an EMT in 2014 and an emergency room nurse in 2016." He enjoys what he does as a volunteer and would like to "thank you for all of your support."
