Cremer has lived in Cannon Beach most of her life, but during her early childhood, her parents lived in Portland, OR. Now she owns her own yard maintenance business in Cannon Beach, Cremer Creations.

She went to high school in Portland, after graduation she attended Oregon State University for three years and completed a Liberal Arts Degree.

Cremer has been with the department for 33 years. Her role possibly one of the hardest when dealing with the fire service, ensuring safe operating conditions for firefighters and the public while on an emergency and during training. Besides her valued input as Safety Officer (SO), Cremer is also a part of the Water Rescue Team with two other responders.

Her favorite movie is The Year of Living Dangerously from 1982 and her favorite book Oxygen by Carol Cassella. She loves the outdoors, on her free time she enjoys anything that has to do with nature, but her three all time favorite activities are cycling, surfing, and traveling. Cremer like many felt a desire to give back to the community she calls home.
