2018 Firefighter of the Year

Anderson works at the local Pro-Build as a yardman.

Levi joined the department on November of 2017, after having been a firefighter in South Dakota for 5 years. His love for the coast encouraged him to make the move to Cannon Beach.

His appreciation for the Pacific Northwest often has him spending his time off hiking or doing other activities in the woods. Levi decided to rejoin the fire service with our department because he "enjoys serving and being a part of something that makes a difference."

Anderson can seem quiet at first, but he often brings smiles to the volunteer's faces with stories and witty jokes. We're glad he decided to return to firefighting because he's an amazing asset to the department.

His favorite book is The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, and he enjoys watching many different movies.
